RGM Repair Process
Once your Insurance company has instructed us to repair your vehicle, We will contact you to arrange a convenient time for an estimate inspection of your vehicle.
Our Estimator will carry out a full inspection of your vehicle and submit the report to insurers of the extent of the accident damage using the Audatex or Interest Estimating Systems.
Your insurance company engineer will agree figures with our Technical Estimator and all required parts will be ordered ready for the repair process to begin.
The vehicle will be booked in to start repairs and a courtesy car may be provided if required.
RGM uses the Autoflow Management System to control our system. It is fully integrated and links all areas of the company, from customer services to repairs, parts and transport. This system allow us to control all aspects of the repair, and gives us an accurate position of the vehicle repair at any time.
On completion of the repairs the vehicle will be checked to ensure the repairs are to the highest quality.
The vehicle will be given a valet and then be returned to the owner

RGM | Car and Van Repair Workshops
Our workshops are fully equipped with the latest equipment, as well as four Paint Booths, ramps and air tools we have Hunter four wheel alignment, Hella ADAS calibration, Twin Gas Air conditioning and all the latest welders including Aluminium and Nitrogen.
The Workshops are large enough to ensure that vehicles of all sizes can be repaired, including commercials, it also allows for internal storage for increased security.
Only the highest quality materials are used throughout the repair process and this includes the use of two pack primers and top coats, which are applied by our highly skilled paint technicians within our onsite purpose built spraybooths and ovens.
